We are pleased to welcome Bob Wernet as our tennis instructor.  Bob played a variety of sports in his younger years and he enjoys playing competitive league tennis through the USTA.  He is certified as a Tennis Instructor from USPTA and teaches regularly for the Asheville Tennis Association, as well as privately.  He teaches the fundamentals of tennis- the grip, footwork, eye hand coordination, and the strokes.  Smaller racquets, shorter courts and compression balls help introduce tennis to beginner players.  Bob’s philosophy is to have fun and improve your game no matter what level of tennis you play.  Racquets are provided.  Contact Bob at [email protected] with any questions.
